Which ones are the reboots? /an utterly lost person

They're technically not reboots but late last year Marvel started their current Marvel Now line which require little to no knowledge of past events. Some of the titles that come to mind are:

Guardians of the Galaxy
Thor: God of Thunder
Hawkeye
Secret Avengers
Deadpool
X-Men

All New X-Men and Uncanny X-Men are also pretty easy to get into but they require knowing the Avengers vs X-Men event. Reading a summary of the event should be fine. Knowing decades of X-Men comics is not a requirement.
