It was a joke. A terrible one, sure, but I'd have thought that would make it LESS offensive. Seriously, if you're going to dish out shit, you really aught to learn to role with it when someone makes a joke at your expense.

I'll explain the joke for you.

The joke was that a deaf person would not be able to participate in an online discussion. The humour comes from the fact that the words in an online discussion are written not spoken. Therefore when I use that as justification for the belief that you not really deaf, it should be quite clear that I am not, in fact, actually doubting your disability.

I also don't believe you're a human being. I suspect you may be a less than average intelligence red setter. They too, are famous for not being able to take a joke at their expense. They tend to take quite a huff.

Not that I doubt your assessment of my joke, It was a very stupid joke, but sometimes jokes just fly right over peoples heads, and sometimes that's the fault of the audience not being very cleaver, or in the case being too eager to wish death on a stanger and wanting so desperately to play the martyr.

I don't mean in the sense that it is morally suspect (although I kind of do); I mean that it is a bad joke. It was deeply unclear when you said it what the fuck you meant, you left the central conceit of the joke completely out of the joke itself, and it was also not a very funny joke to begin with

Not really. I assumed it was too stupid to really be hurtful. I figure anyone who legitimately got upset by such a silly joke was looking for something to be upset by. And I am always only too happy to oblige those whiny fucks.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, approximately one hundred bazillion other people have told you the same thing all your life, but personally? If I could hitch a ride on the TARDIS, I would solely go back in time just to smack my younger self upside the head until I got that through my own thick skull. I had serious anger management problems when I was younger because of being bullied for my disabilities too, but I ended up having to own those anger issues or, well, be pwned by them. A lesson that I learned the extremely hard way.
