Awww, that's bullshit! Both have their merits, the Taiwanese one was much more loyal to the comics, the girl actually passed as a boy, it was funny in it's own way. I think most people just can't get past the production values of TW dramas. But I haven't watched dramas in years, maybe it's improved by now.

Plus the taiwanese version didn't have that douche Oguri Shun, so that's a definite bonus
