They are totally different characters. How do you judge the fans of one by the fans of the other?

Have you MET Cersei fans? There are sane Cersei fans who like her the way she is, but there are so many fans who woobify her, think she's flawless and anyone who criticizes her is a filthy misogynist who hates all women.

This, so much. If she was flawless, she'd be boring as all hell. I like my characters a bit messed up, which is probably why my three favourite characters are the POV Lannisters.

Most accusations of misogyny are directed towards people calling her an evil incestuous whore who deserved to be beaten by her husband, though. And nobody uses "flawless" unironically.
