Yeah, idk what the hell a grouse is but it tells me when to hunt it, how to hang it, various cooking methods including boiling it's head

This is the first chance I've had to talk about it XD

A grouse is a type of bird that you're not going to find in Australia XD;; Actually, it's not native to anywhere south of parts of Texas/Louisiana.

It's kind of like a chicken, which it's related too. So...uh...I guess, think 'chicken that you only find in the Northern hemisphere'? If you're interested in silly looking birds, some of the males look *ridiculous*.
