(And frankly, she shouldn't have to.) Leave her alone, don't bug her about her opinions, and in a few years, when she's had more experiences, met more people, and had time to re-evaluate her opinions, you might be pleasantly surprised.
...This is assuming that she hasn't quietly drifted away from you and your desire to control her thoughts and opinions.
