Yeah, if you think that than obviously you don't watch the show because how conservative is it to portray God as a dead beat dick of a dad? Have an Angel say the Bible has got it only half right?

And, oh, yeah, fuck you on the music part. That's some sexist and racist garbage right there. The idea that rock like Motorhead, Led Zeppelin, CCR and their ilk are only for white males is backward. You are backward.

(1) Conservatives can be secular.
(2) The God of Supernatural is no bigger a dick than the God of the Old Testament.
(3) However unflattering the show's assessment of him and his Bible, it's still implied that he created everything (possibly excluding Death) and that his Apocalypse was the real deal, accept no substitutes.
(4) Lucifer's casual single-handed slaughter of assorted major pagan deities made a pretty clear statement that even Christianity's biggest reject could still wipe the floor with the competition.

As for the music, nobody said it was only for white males, just that it (in combination with many other elements of the show) evokes memories of an era when they were more brazenly dominant and less PC than they are today.

But a part of SPN's mythology is that gods derive their power from the amount of worship they get... therefore it just fits their mythology that the Christian God would be more powerful, and many of the older pagan gods not so much...

I think that's a somewhat academic distinction...either the Christian (or Abrahamic, if you prefer) pantheon are just inherently bigger and badder and therefore win; or they have more worshippers and the power that goes with them, therefore, they're better and they win. And winning is everything, dontcha know.
