Looking for a fic

BBC Sherlock, written between the first and second series; I probably read it on Livejournal. Sherlock and John split up to go after Moriary and Moran, respectively, and Mycroft fakes John's death so that Sherlock will A) be extra motivated to find Moriarty, and B) focus on the chase instead of worrying about John. The meat of the story is about John finding ways to drop clues that he's still alive because he recognizes that just showing up on Sherlock's doorstep would be a bad idea. The fic was in two parts (though I can't remember if it was posted in two parts or just clearly divided), with the first part being John revealing himself and the second part being Sherlock coping with having him back.
