Also, lack of consequences when characters do stupid/destructive things annoy me to no end. Also, I read somebody (in my flist, maybe) talking about Seinfeld and how surprised she was that upon rewatching, she realized how much of a douchehat the main characters there were. I raised my eyebrows, admit I was also probably too young to notice, and when I tried rewatching I then noticed every. single. moment of douchebaggery. And there were lots.
That ruined Seinfeld for me, and it kinda made me sad. I used to really like that show.

It gets even worse when said character dicks over other characters, only those characters forgive them or are portrayed as eeeeevil for NOT forgiving them. I usually write the series off at that point.
