You would have no legal recourse for any portion of those royalties because you were paid upfront, with no other expectation of payment. You would not own those scenes even if you wrote them. That's why ghost writers charge a hell of a lot more than .003 a word-- because that's all they're getting, end of story. Those are just the technical reasons why this is a bad idea. It's also a bad idea because this guy is one of those assholes who thinks writing is near-worthless, and he should get it for practically free. We shouldn't encourage that kind of thinking because it's BS.
So, all that for providing what is almost certainly a cheap bastard's wank material, assuming he actually coughs up your money? HELL NO.
