I'm usually pretty sensitive to ableism and mental health humour, given I've got a pretty severe mental illness, and I haven't noticed anything like that. If anything, mental illness has been treated fairly sensitively. Sherlock gets really pissed off at people taking advantage of mentally ill people, as happens in one case, and while another episode has a schizophrenic man suffering from a delusional episode, it's not played for laughs as far as I recall. Sherlock's addiction is also handled pretty sensitively.
