Coming from a place of similar preference (ESPECIALLY in regards to Thorki) have you checked out astolat's stuff, OP? I feel pretty confident in saying that Loki tops in all her fics. (And they're good, to boot).

If memory serves right, Small Things by dee also has Loki topping. I don't remember if he and Thor switches or not though.

Revelations and Chaos War are probably the two most kudos'd and most read Loki/Thor fics on AO3, which makes astolat one of the best-known Loki/Thor writers out there.
