I like what I have seen going on the the Hobbit fandom - playing with the A/O dynamics by having different Middle Earth races act differently, and using the one hobbit in a group of dwarves to show the comparison.

If you don't mind self-recs, I have a couple MCU stories that fit that description. The first one is essentially, "Consent: it's important!" and the second is, "Babies: not all omegas want them!"

Because a) there aren't that many female characters to choose from in the popular sausage fest shows and b) those stories almost always come off as preachy.
