The only problem I'd think you'd have if they had black!Santa and such is kids getting confused and people want an answer that won't say Santa isn't real.

Then perhaps the answer can be that Santa is more a magical entity than person that changes his appearance.

I think it'd be fine to have black Santa but shitty parents would definitely complain about that possible scenario saying, "How am I supposed to explain to them?!! They think he's real!"

You know they wouldn't stand to actually do something like that- seeing as so many of people complain how if gay marriage was legal then they'd have to explain homosexuality to their children.
