I'm guessing the stereotypes involve adults who play in tournaments with kids? I know of someone like that with the Pokemon TCG. It's a little strange, yeah.

However, my boyfriend and his friends play Yugioh amongst themselves just for fun, and I don't think that's a problem. So relax and enjoy your card games, anon. Unless you're hoping to defeat a 10-year-old at a children's card game, then you might want to rethink your hobbies.
