What happened? I know I'm just an anon from the internet and you don't have to listen to anything I have to say. But I might have gone through a similar experience and could offer some input on it.

I echo what my fellow anon said above. Unless you've, IDK, committed a crime of heinous proportions, it's (probably) not the end of the world.

I dunno, even a crime of heinous proportions can sometimes be justified.

I am going to have to respectfully disagree. Nothing justifies the taking of another person's life, in my opinion. I am a pacifist, though, so that is why I take that stance. Apologies!

Just to clarify based on what has been added to the thread: I do not believe abortion is murder. Just wanted to get that clear, in case OP is reading the subthreads.

What about in self defense? Or in defense of others?

This. I'm a pacifist, but I don't believe that killing someone in self-defense or the defense of others is wrong. Regrettable, sure, but not morally wrong. So I guess I'm doing pacifism wrong or something, idek.
