The very word "problematic" can go step on a thousand tiny microaggression legos. I don't give a shit.

YES.

MICROAGGRESSION.

I hate that word even more than "problematic". Microaggression is just a stupid way for people to classify badly-worded questions or unintended-offenses as massive attacks. And it's used so broadly. More SJW garbage that does nothing to further the true cause of progress, it just furthers their need to be special.

I think microaggressions may be a little bit more serious than you're making them out to be. I mean, I don't think the people who, for example, post things on microaggressions.com think they're special; they just want to be heard and to have a name for the bad things that happen to them.

Apparently it's more comforting for some reactionary arseholes in this thread to think that those who give voice to their bad experiences are just whiny privilege people looking for something to be dramatic about. As if the reactionary people are unable to imagine that not everyone is as fortunate as them, or it makes them uncomfortable so they rationalise it's all someone else's fantasy.

"massive attacks" No, tiny ones. Lots and lots and lots that wear away at your soul because most of society thinks you're unnatural. And most wouldn't even think about it when they do it. It doesn't even matter if it's intentional or not - often it isn't, because they are secure in their own normality and centredness.
