IDGAF about the effects either (that animatronic Aslan is still pretty freakin' impressive tho) but Ronald Pickup will ALWAYS be the voice of Aslan to me. There are very, very few things I'm that particular about in differing versions, but he is simply the perfect Aslan.

When I see him in other things I just think Aslan. Which can sometimes be a bit weird, like when he was in a drama seducing a woman half his age.
