Soup. Sweet potato and white bean. It was fantastic. Beans make a blended soup so silky and smooth that I use them instead of dairy now.

Soup. I make a lot of soup and it always turns out well. However, the one thing people ask me to teach them to make is risotto.

I've tried a lot of things, so it would have to be pretty rare. Maybe a super-old scotch.
