Did mine and my SO's in like 30 mins. I would've waited but my SO wanted me do ours and he wouldn't stop asking so I did them just to shut him up.

People. If you just have like a W-2 and maybe a few other forms like a 1098-T and that's pretty much it, just use free file software from irs.gov if your income is under the thresholds (usually 59k to 39k). It's so easy and you save money. I just have W-2s and sometimes 1099s and have never had a problem. Most software analyzes your entries to determine if you need to pay additional tax on distributions or are eligible for credits.
