I made curry last night. Curry is actually one of my specialties, too! This isn't what I did last night, but my personal way of making curry is by kind of combining the Indian and Thai styles. Like, I'll make the sauce with Thai curry paste and coconut milk, but I'll also add chickpeas, spinach, and a can of diced tomatoes, and I season the meat with a few different curry powders while it cooks. I think it comes out nicely! :)

I'm a decent baker, too. The last thing I made was thumbprint cookies.
