I made Onion Soup this Wednesday! It was damn tasty, but eating it was sad, because I'm home alone and eating by myself it's just not the same. (I used to be fine when I lived alone! But after being back in 2010 I get lonely 0_0 What happened?)

I don't think I have an "specialty" right now, because I'm always trying to learn something new, but a friend of mine recently made my recipe of pasta with cabernet/funghi sauce and her family loved it. I felt so proud u//u

Nothing comes to mind in the "stuff you haven't tried yet", sorry :( It's late here, ok.

That looks amazing! Is it French Onion Soup, without the carmelization?

Oh, thank you! :DD I followed the French recipe mostly, though I like my onion a little caramelized. Not too much, because the white wine is already sweet.
