We cook most of our meals from scratch. This week we made shrimp curry over rice; miso glazed green beans with grilled steak and roasted cauliflower (which is so awesome; cauliflower is so underrated); and matzo ball soup made with homemade chicken stock.

My specialty dish is French onion soup. It is better than the French onion soups I ate in France while studying abroad. My husband makes an amazing dal.

I have never tried ramps. I go to all the farmers markets and try to find the ramps but I never do. *cry cry*
