Doing things you don't want to do is always hard; I use cheatcodes.

Naw, but I try to find solutions that feel like I'm skating by my problems with minimal effort; trying to trick my brain into thinking I'm not actually doing this thing that stresses me out.

I second writing down what you need to do. Make a notepad on your computer and just write out what you need to do and how you are going to do it. Getting organized can help you not feel so overwhelmed, and it feels good when you can erase something that you don't need to worry about anymore.
