The last thing I can definitely say I made from scratch is when, a few weeks ago, I randomly decided to make sundried tomato scone. I had some leftover tomatoes that I put in a mini food processor with some butter and blended up, then mixed that into the flour.

It turned out good.

Barring the seasoned flour I always coat chicken with before I freeze it, I all too often use at least partly pre-made stuff, even when Mum and I have a roast dinner, the gravy is made from gravy powder.

I do make iced tea from scratch (well, from teabags, hot water, sugar and lemon juice) most of the time.
