Its okay to like Moffat or enjoy his writing style. And its okay to disagree with the idea that he's horrible and his stories don't make sense. Its opinion, not fact.

The arc angel network was in everyone's heads and the Doctor said he tapped into that network and thus when they all thought about him and believed in him, he got all that power or whatever.

It could very well be about Moffat, but it isn't necessarily so.
But then again, even if it were talking about RTD I wouldn't agree with the secret because I think the writing in Doctor who is 80% subjective as to what people like and dislike and that RTD's style and Moffat's style may appeal to different people but that doesn't make them objectively bad.
