What it says. Can be something totally realistic but which you don't have or can't find, realistic but firmly out of your price range, or non-existent/magical/won't be invented for 300 years.

Leather pants. They don't make them in my size, but for some reason I've always wanted to own a pair. I really like leather. I like it on other people and I like to wear it. It just looks hot.

Not gonna lie, I would to love to wear one of those dumb sexy french maid outfits.

But I can't justify the price or how little I'd use it, to get one.

I really want a pair of Capri pants, but I can never find them in the right length. I want them to end right below my knee, but I'm really short so I've only been able to find ones that end at my ankle.

A bra that fits and the straps stay in place, it doesn't chafe even after wearing it for several hours, is made out of quality material, looks good and doesn't have a huge amount of padding. It's my Holy Grail.

a shapeshifting clothing item that can be whatever I want

A new particular kind of long black coat to replace my old chewed up long black coat. Pretty uninventive. Less realistically, I'd love a real corset.

A Victorian dress with the fitted bodice and layered and gathered skirts. There are a couple gowns in the movie Gaslight that I'm always drooling over when I watch it. I'd love to be able to wear one without people looking at me funny. Plus even if I could find someone to make me a good one it would be really expensive.

Any that is actually fashionable. I have no fashion sense and just wear t-shirts and jeans.

I too want a proper leather jacket, preferably one that was more blazer-shaped than motorcycle-style. I had a dark brown pleather blazer-style jacket that I adored, but since it was pleather it disintegrated. I wore it to death and have yet to find a suitable replacement.

I've always wanted my own Ren Faire bodice but since I only go once a year (if that), I've never been able to justify the expense. But my wonderful friend with a lot of sewing and corsetry experience may make me one in the next few years! Five years ago, she promised to make me a basic dress for my holiday present. Since then, she has made many other things (including her own wedding dress and a corset for it, three other dresses, two yukata, four shirts, one skirt, and two other bodices), but no basic jersey wrap dress. So she has promised me a Ren Faire bodice as apology for taking so long with that. XD

Fedora. I really, really like fedoras. But I'd never wear one because I don't want to look like a hipster douchebag.

I need a big poofy ball gown that rustles and trails the ground when I walk. Seriously need it, but it's way out of my price range, when would I ever use it, and lbr it would not look good with a hijab.

A bespoke tux/3-piece suit. As a short woman, the bespoke is pretty much required, and therefore not worth it for how often I'd wear it.

I always think about making one as a Halloween costume, but I'm usually busy with work in September/October and the heat makes me lazy when I do have free time. This year, I might be free (aka unemployed), so maybe some sewing will happen.

Vintage bomber jacket. Vintage men's banyan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banyan_%28clothing%29). Spike's tanker boots (well, not *his*, but boots like that). Every single skirt like this in ever color they make.

I wouldn't mind some track suits that aren't complete shit.

A frock coat or a tailcoat in my size. I wore a perfect tailcoat once (it had been custom made for a teenage boy), but the costume director wouldn't let me buy it.

What I really want is a place to wear all the beautiful dresses I see.

A leather jacket. (CAN I BE PART OF YOUR PACK, DEREK HALE?) ...Or Sherlock's coat. I would look ridiculous in it but it's gorgeous and I love long coats.

Pair of vegan Doc Martens knock-offs. I've had my eye on them for years now, but they're always more than I feel willing to spend. Maybe one day.

Jeans that are petite and above the weight. None of this below the waist crap that makes the belly spill out everywhere!

I'd love a complete Victorian riding habit. Other than that, an outfit that looks like normal everyday clothes, except it's made of latex.
