I used to spend way too much time on a fandom specific one that I won't name. I browse ffa sometimes and once in a while I will spend several hours on hms_anon.

I forum I went to did one once and it was both lackluster and catty.

Just found it and it's also fucking CAPSLOCK Anon Meme. With 100x more creeping on underage members than I remember and haha look at how we're smarter than these legitimately autistic members.

I'm so glad I left that shithole.

I patronised the SPN, Merlin and One Direction anon memes for quite a while. They're fun early on, before people start repeating topics all the time and half the interesting commenters get sick of the wank and leave, so I got a few months of enjoyment out of each one before I left. After a while memes get very pairing or character biased and that tends to piss me off more than anything else. I have also been on a few more shortlived anon memes for loads of fandoms (the "lets turn off IP tracking for a few days, lol" kind) and have found them universally catty and unpleasant with hurt feelings all over the place.

I used to hang around the RP anon memes when I was involved with LJRP. Jesus fuck. Never again. People will tear you LIMB FROM LIMB if you don't play their favourites properly. I've left that circle for good. Never again!
