It's too hot up here but I'm having a good day.

I skim. Anything that I care about, I check the comments, or if it's particularly eye-catching (usually wanky.)

So, I want to move some old drabbles of mine onto FFN, and I want to dump them all into one collection rather than make each a separate fic. I just don't know what to call it yet.

How do you title your collections, f!s? Are titles important to you at all?

digital sales would be a key thing to want info on in this case I think. I haven't bought a physical copy of a comic (other than a classic or two) since I got my kindle.

I got a weird package from Etsy and I have no idea from where or who.

Old story for a show that's no longer running begs for a sequel. The writer's no longer around to contact.

Is it alright to write an unauthorised sequel so long as you mark it as such and give full credit?

Vaguely annoying. I'm exhausted and I slept too much. Then before I went grocery shopping, I complained to my friends about having to put on pants and a bra and they took it way too seriously.

OK I can see where you and the other anon are coming from. That does make sense. And the poll, in whatever form or fashion, has already pushed me to check out one of the selections irrespective of whether or not it ends up at the top of the list. So it's all good?

There are definitely growing pains with anything new, especially when you're using an external website/host for convenience's sake. I wouldn't stress too much over it. No one is holding you up to any excruciating standards here or anything LOL.

My day was a non-entity. Nothing has happened at all. But in a couple hours we're all going to a fancy Italian restaurant for my mother's birthday. I bought her some scented candles that I'm not sure she'll like because I think we perceive candle scents very differently.

IDK why but selfcest doesn't (usually) do much for me unless it's included in a threesome involving a character who is not played by the same actor. Maybe because there isn't much variety visually and (for some reason) that throws me off. (Granted, depending on how different the characters are they can look quite different, but a lot of times, nope, they don't.)

This icon is one of the few exceptions. I would read Thor/Thor like you wouldn't believe. (Though, even then...add Loki into that scenario and it gets ten times better.)

I don't see it as necessarily negative or racist, but more realistic. A lot of interracial kids feel the need to go one way or the other. The denial that Tom and Jasmine seem to give off shows it a bit more strongly, and Huey's reaction to it takes it the opposite way.
It's more a satirical reflection that the middle doesn't feel like enough to some people and being forced to choose, which Jasmine has as a real struggle.

Haha, oh my! I know there are more V/V fics but nearly everything in the V/D ao3 tag is of decent quality. I wouldn't know about V/V though, I'm not into that ship at all. What's the name of the author? I think I may know who you're talking about.

I do this in a word document, and then add a short summary next to the numbers. Like, number one is currently "easy friend" and seven is "leaving fandom" and eleven is "new spiderman dude." I find it helps. :)

Stylistically I'm guessing one of the Monsters, Inc movies.

Woke up waaayy too early with a fever so now I'm just in bed, sweating it out. It's a terrible time to get sick too, I have an exam next Monday :(
