Aw, I like your sample, though! Granted, I have a soft spot for anything positive regarding Lorne and McKay because McLorne was my crack back in the day.

So, I was planning to try some of that whole-grain/multi-grain bread crammed full of seeds and nonsense because it's supposed to be better from a blood sugar perspective, and I'm not really excited about it. But I'm going to try it because I haven't tried it since I was a kid, and there are a lot of things I've turned around on in 25 years.

BUT I CAN'T FIND ANY. NOT EVEN OUR BIG FANCY SUPERMARKET. I'm going to try the tiny unfancy downtown non-chain market but assuming I'm not limited to just one option (or no option) what are some breads y'all recommend?

I would have started a nail polish thread tonight but I came too late. Maybe tomorrow; sometime soon anyway.

TBH they still haven't had a ton of screen-time together (Grover has taken up a lot of Steve's time this season), but I've enjoyed the show despite that. I do occasionally tune out a bit because some of the episodes aren't the absolute best, but they were generally better than I expected. And though they don't have scenes constantly, when Steve and Danny have scenes together they tend to be good. The last couple episodes have had great Steve/Danny moments (They said 'I love you' to each other, twice! Two episodes in a row, actually. Plus Steve can't stop smiling at Danny all fond and loving-like) so if you're still interested then I think it's worth catching up for. (Danny does have a new girlfriend, so if that's going to frustrate you: fair warning. But it's still pretty new, she's cute and well, it wouldn't be the first time the boys have had girlfriends.)

Oh man, the Kate Argent/Derek backstory and the death of Victoria Argent are why I'll never be okay with Chris Argent/Derek. Which seems a shame, because it might have potential? I just can't get over the layers of squick.

As long as you link the original and credit, I don't see how it would be a big deal. I mean, fanfic is by its nature an unauthorised sequel. And no one complains about fanart of their work.

Oh he is like that. He does get a better and mellow out a bit, once he manages to get over his dad, but he still has his moments. Honestly the most infuriating thing about the series to me is that they use the whole 'miscommunication/keeping-secrets-from-each-other' thing to create conflict so often, it's like they ran out of ideas back in season two. The premise is good, but it could have been much better.
