Some ground rules:

Barbara was a better character in the wheelchair, curing her has made her less special and more generic. Her evolution as Oracle was also the best response ever to a fridging, and gave her more resonance with some of the wheelchair using fanbase.

Yeah, I know, it is over and I need to move on.
