I hate to air drama in front of the whole community, but the person in question is anon and I can't send a message.

Last night I got this in my email--it's a response to my post in the reusable grocery bag thread.

" Make a bag out of Chardmonster skin. Cheap and quite disposable, since I'm sure there's a lot of it with your weight issues.
And now that you and Noodles aren't together anymore, there's no one to notice you're gone, either. FS will be less obnoxious, though."

This was apparently reported to Case and deleted before I saw it, but I still got the email. I told a friend about it, who then told me that there'd apparently been a whole thread about me and Noodle apparently no longer talking to each other--that too was deleted before I saw it. Apparently there's been a lot of shitty drama!

I figured I'd clear some things up.

DRAMA FAQ
Q: Did you and Noodle break up?
A: Yes. In May. You haven't seen drama over it because there hasn't been drama, and we didn't make an announcement because that's weird and stupid. We DID tell shitstream, but those people are closer friends.
Q: Is that why you aren't talking to each other?
A: I've been going to shitstream. We still IM each other. The end of a long term relationship is really fucking painful, I'm not going to lie. But we probably get along better than most exes you know. We're good friends.
Q: But you haven't bee--
A: I've barely been on when FS updates because I've been busy. I went to a two week history seminar, then a weeklong research trip to NYC, and in between I'm often either busy or playing video games (I'm addicted to Mount and Blade and currently flailing my way through Wolfenstein) and totally forgetting it's 7pm EST. Also, we're actually in different fandoms a lot of the time; I don't necessarily have opinions about the same things.
Q: Is it our fault?
A: Noodle and I love you very much. This is not your fault. We are both still going to be big parts of your lives. We will both make an effort to attend your music recitals and soccer games. Noodle has agreed to be the strict one, and I've agreed to pick a hot new stepparent for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE
You know that asshole anon I've been talking about, making the weird personal comments? I suspect they've also been going after friends of mine. Certain posters on FS have noticed weird nasty comments referencing things that have only been discussed in shitstream. I'm talking about stuff about our personal lives one wouldn't discuss in a more open forum like this--again, the shitstream group is pretty close. This leaves two possibilities.

1. Some shitstreamer secretly hates us
2. Someone's been lurking in shitstream collecting dirt.
3. Someone in shitstream likes to share gossip.

I like to think 2 is more likely than 1, 3 is always possible and frankly pretty innocent. Either way, cut that shit out. It's low. Noodle and I told shitstream and NOT the general forum precisely to avoid this sort of thing.

I've suggested Noodle figure out how to put a password on Livestream, but I'm not sure if that's possible. We'll figure something out.

I like to make personal comments, and I don't go to shitstream. I mean, I've looked at it once or twice, but not recently and I didn't see any personal stuff. Someone else started the thread that got deleted.

I'm still sad my weird stalker never pm'd me. I was looking forward to having discussions long into the night with them. I wanted them to keep thrilling me with their witticisms. I wanted to know all about them. I thought we may have had something. Something that felt like it may have been true love. I guess I was wrong.

No, I deleted it because it was the first comment and a giant block of text, and I stated as much in my original comment before that got deleted along with the thread. Please don't make things up.

Now that it's collapsed, it's fine.

(Also, your WE DON'T CARE argument could be applied to half the threads in GC where anybody is discussing a personal problem. It would hardly be fair to rule this thread out because it's "personal"!)
