No, I deleted it because it was the first comment and a giant block of text, and I stated as much in my original comment before that got deleted along with the thread. Please don't make things up.

Now that it's collapsed, it's fine.

(Also, your WE DON'T CARE argument could be applied to half the threads in GC where anybody is discussing a personal problem. It would hardly be fair to rule this thread out because it's "personal"!)

And I think there's a difference between personal problems that have to do with people the community doesn't know about and/or they're anon vs. when that problem has to do with its members specifically. JS

That's the thing - wank wasn't the issue, there was no wank. I didn't delete it because it needed to be frozen, I ASKED for chardmonster to move the thread down a few slots so it would collapse and not start GC off with a huge block of text.

The post length was THE ONLY issue.

People do care though because they've posted gossip threads about chard & noodles and have been harassing people. This is just people sticking up for themselves.

NA I had no idea about any of this until this thread. So, I don't think they're doing themselves any favors by airing it out to the entire community. What was probably just one person with issues could now be more people/trolls. Case deleted the offending post which is great, but as we everything he deletes if it's brought up again he freezes it or stops it otherwise what was the point of the initial deletion? It just seems rather pointless to me.

She mentioned friends being involved too. I guess she felt a need to address it and clear the air and maybe it's pointless to you but obviously it matters to her and maybe some other people. I'm sure she would've preferred to deal with it privately too but like it says up there, the person is anon.

One of the other people is probably me, and I actually don't care about my stalker beyond curiosity and amusement. (See my post up thread.) For the record, since this seems to be that kind of thread.

also an attack post out of nowhere is a bit different from the attacked person voluntarily sharing what was said about them, in my opinion

Chard and Noodles are very good about being jerks, but not very good at being under fire themselves. This thread is just trying to nip rumors and the inevitable trolling in the bud. They were/are considered fs's version of a bnf couple, so they feel they have to air all their drama out for the rest of us. Some people care enough to make comments about them, so I don't blame them, but it does seem very attention grabby. Whatever. Their prerogative.

There are def people who hate them (esp chard) out of all proportion to whatever mistakes they've made and it's definitely stepping up, so it's strange to call the situation as a whole attention - grabbing

I honestly don't mind being "under fire" (can you even call it that? This is a fandom message board! I'm not running for office!). At all. I'm worried about this because it might affect people I care about, and I don't want people to worry about how they talk in stream.

You'll notice I was worried about the weird breakup talk and not the dumb fat comment.
