For some reason I started reading kinky pwp for the Hobbit. I was kinda looking for some sprawling Bagginshield romantic epics, but instead found the reclist with all the fetish porn. It's well-written porn so I'm enjoying it at the moment, even though pwp usually isn't my thing. But he quickly discovers he isn't the only one, and that person’s inability to adapt and roll with the punches may cost Stiles his own life. Great characters and great plot.

The Amazing Adventures of Bucky Barnes http://archiveofourown.org/works/3093110 Steven G. Rogers writes and illustrates the Amazing Adventures series, a set of super obscure children's books about superheroes. Bucky’s daughter thinks these books are the best thing to grace the earth since hot chocolate. Unfortunately, they're nearly impossible to find. But when Nat asks for a signed copy of the new book for her birthday, Bucky promises to do whatever he can to make it happen.

It all sort of escalates from there. Just really damn cute.

Currently tabbing between all 14 fics for "The Wicked + The Divine" on AO3 (it says 15 but one is like the "Thor" characters in place of the comic's gods). They're mostly Luci/Laura, which is pleasing. :D

Various Raven Cycle fanfics. I'm rather ticked off at Maggie Stiefvater for the way she handles non-white and lgbt characters (and if I'm ticked off y'all know it's bad) and her lady boner for Irish/Welsh culture, but fanfic manages to fix all of that and make me happy.

But if she writes non-white and lgbt characters badly, that probably pisses off liberals. Can't you at least take pleasure in that? Maybe if you went out and looked for some people getting mad about it, that would help save it?

I'm back to browsing after a year long intense fling with Stargate Atlantis. Read a very good Poirot fic today, although the fandom in general doesn't grab me. Guess I'm back to one night stands in terms of fandoms.

Lol, that's me right now too. I'm jumping between Legend of Korra, Yugioh, The Hobbit and Jurassic Park (which isn't really a fandom of mine, but the fandom always gets some good stuff posted during Yuletide and I catch up with any Clever Girl/Muldoon fic at this time). Kind of want a big fandom to hold my interest again.

This will be a loose collection of shorts exploring the unspoken dynamics that must have shaped their relationship as elven mages; given we know that Lavellan was raised to be a First and their clear age difference, I suspect a dash of "hot for teacher" colors the whole thing. Fitting, considering that sneaky Solas comment about dominance.
