I'm attempting to fill a capkink prompt and very slowly working on a Stucky fanart piece. Both are going slowly right now; the first because how to I write these characters and the second because it started its life as a pencil sketch so now I'm trying to digitally ink it and that's kind of a tedious thing to do. ;;; I should go straight to colors and let this be my first fanart piece with no lines but that's hard, haha.

Still re-editing and finishing up this latest SHIELD/Loki story, working on something else for a different fandom, trying to figure out how to properly restart and reboot the original novel I've been struggling with for a year, and trying to suck less with a graphics tablet I got on a whim.

I have a lot of free time right now, which is a totally different story. :P

I'm working on revising the last novel I wrote for NaNo. I attempted a brief summary a while back:

"Chiara lives in a world where people gain magical gifts as they age that correspond to the sort of person they are growing to be. Many of the people in her city have the gift of creating protective barriers, including her brother. They are given the title of Sentinel and used to constantly maintain a magical wall that cuts the city off from the outside world and its many dangers. It is a difficult job and one that makes some people uneasy about the stress put on the Sentinels and about the way the city ensures a steady supply of new Sentinels. This unease turns into a full-blown protest when a young Sentinel named Alba dies.

Chiara's gift is speaking to the dead. Alba finds her and reveals that she isn't happy with the way her death is being used. She disagrees with the protest and doesn't want to be a martyr. Chiara agrees to talk to the protesters for her while deciding where she stands on the issue that has begun to divide her family as well as the city as a whole."

I've got some other stories that are in the planning stage but mostly I'm trying to pin down all the problems with this first draft and how to fix them.

I'm trying to select a photo for Adoramapix's Your Best Shot Contest. Currently I'm going through everything I photographed in 2014 (which was a ridiculous amount) to narrow it down to 25 shots to present to three fellow photographers. Once I get their feedback, I hope to have no more than 10 photos to present to a more general group to figure out which one resonates most with a diverse audience before making my selection. The hardest part so far has been finding out from the photographers if they're even available to look at my photos.

I'm trying to learn how to cable. It's admittedly a bit hard, since I don't really know how to knit, but I need a challenge right now that isn't related to school. :(

A piece of original werewolf fiction I originally scribbled for a contest on a writing board I'm a member of. Unfortunately, it's far too long as-is for the contest, and I don't see any way of whacking it down to an acceptable word count.

On the other hand, the point of the contest is to write things and get the juices flowing, which this certainly has done. So even if I can't sub it to the contest, I still win, because I can sub it someplace that might pay me for it.

A massive Haven fic with fairytale elements, a fluffy Kim Possible fic about Drakken and Shego getting interrupted during a romantic evening, a set of Fullmetal Alchemist-inspired My Little Pony customs, a knitted lace shawl that I've had on the back burner for too long, and a pair of cabled knitted socks.

I'm trying to write a fanfic to post because I realized I haven't done anything with the AO3 account I made recently. I decided I wanted to do a multi-chapter fic since I've only ever written one shots, but I'm starting to think that was a mistake. So far I've written between a couple paragraphs and several pages for no less than 25 different fics, and have a further 36 different vaguely outlined ideas for the fandom. I think I'm just really bad at focusing on one thing long enough to write longer fics.

I am currently working on my Hobbit Big Bang story.

I'm also working on the logistics for a long story that I'd like to post at some point. The story is done but I have some nice charts and photos and stuff to go with it, so I'm working on those.

Restarting the old webcomic. Finishing a novel that I keep putting off. And I just finished this fanart piece of Wonder Woman last night.

Sketching up ideas of a Pokemon X "LP", where it's more about how I'm surprised by all the overwhelming new features since Diamond, how I clocked 50 hours and only earned one badge because all the rest of the hours was spent obsessively wonder trading and filling out the dex, my self-insert being creeped out by overly familiar neighbours and creeping on the tiny girl one (who I eventually realised was a boy), and all this other bullshit.

A big damn AU for one of my smaller fandoms, which keeps getting interrupted by debating whether or not I want to fill more of the non-smutty prompts on the Dragon Age kink meme. Or even some of the smutty ones, who knows, but I've liked the non-smutty things I've written for DA more than my smut.

I should be working on my original fiction, but I'm not feeling it today.

Currently, my submission for a comics anthology a friend is doing and also a low-res psych horror game called Alice Nobody. Been churning out sprites and art like nobody's business!
