The Dread Pirate Wesley. He is quality husband/waifu material, keeps commitments, and would die (and come back to life!) for you.

Your date will take place in a weird AU world where Princess Buttercup does not exist, as any other setup would make him "Unfaithful." I'm imagining date on his pirate ship itself, or - if you're prone to seasickness - a candlelit picnic dinner on a picturesque hill beneath a tree. The dinner would be super gourmet and the wine would not be poisoned.

Jon Snow: dinner date at your apartment.

He makes sad puppy eyes at you for most of the date and mentions his ex girlfriend briefly once but doesn't get into details. You spend most of the night watching a movie and maybe make out briefly but he stops you before it gets too far.

On the plus side he likes you enough that he asks for a second date.

You guys go to an amusement park just like in every shoujo manga. Over the course of the day, you slowly get punted out as the third wheel. Steve tries to console you, but it is not enough; his unconscious devotion to Bucky is too strong.

You leave in tears. Later Steve calls you to apologize but you don't answer.

Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers have decided they want to set up a ménage a trois (Bucky has never had sex with a woman before and he's curious about it) and you reply to their craigslist ad.

After Bucky decides he likes the looks of you and you exchange a few emails, you meet at a coffee shop and then head over to their apartment for the night with a bottle of wine, a box of condoms, and a whole lot of joie de vivre.

As people have already said Steve and Bucky, I would say Zevran Arainai (From Dragon Age) as I think you would like a fun, no hassle (but with the risk of a few assassins) type of guy as well.

You would meet for drinks and take it from there. One drink turns into another, and then another, and you're both tipsy and a bit giggly, this guy is interesting and sexy, and there is some touching under the table. It turns into a question of your place or his, and it's all just a fun evening that leaves both of you very, very satisfied. You exchange numbers, so there is a chance for a repeat evening, but an understanding that there are no hard feelings if it remains a one time thing.

You bump into Schmendrick the Magician at a coffee shop, accidentally spilling his drink all over him. After apologizing and helping him clean it up, you buy him another coffee and spend several hours just talking about the world and how magical everything is.

You could either become friends or lovers, but either way you form a deep and strange connection because of how mutually weird you are.
