Usually the biggest/toughest one. So, Thor & Steve from the MCU, Rick from the Mummy, Raphael from TMNT... The stronger and "tougher" and more likely to refuse help they are, the more I want them to be hurt. Oops. >_>

That and any Sean Bean character. It's weird when he makes to the end and is still alive.

Asami Aw I shouldn't be ashamed of that. Asami Sato suffering is my favourite thing. This is the kind of thread where it's the, "characters you love put through wringers", right? Because I love it when she shows she has been wringed, even it's subtle things that are probably my brain overcompensating for what's actually happening on screen.

Saul, from that zombie podcast, We're Alive. His actor has the best voice for it too, for all that suffering and all that rare crying. So good for me ♥

Brienne in Game of Thrones looks really good when her character is roughed up. Also, I can do with more of Sansa crying forever and red puffy eyes because I'm a piece of shit.

Prowl, from Transformers ofc, I really enjoy when he gets blasted to hell. He's one of my favourites, so it's nice when he loses an eye I suppose, and he keeps being a prowl who prowls like a prowl ♥ I don't think I'll ever see him weep robo tears though, but at least I get to see him sulk about broken robo heart.

Probably weird (or not), but Vriska from Homestuck. Unlike most of the fandom, I love her. But, I really enjoy seeing her suffer in some way and it's the weirdest thing ever to me.

Well, I know I want to see more of that with Foggy in Daredevil fandom. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing Matt beat the shit out of other people and also get banged up himself, and his tears are delicious but seriously... more fic of Foggy being kidnapped and hurt, fandom.

In MCU it tends to be Bucky or Thor (though as far as I know that kind of fic is almost nonexistent for Thor, so I don't bother), in SGA it was mostly Rodney, in Teen Wolf Stiles or Derek (surprise, surprise, lol), in BioWare games it's usually the PC being comforted by their LI (and/or friends), Danny in H50 (because he's got a whole host of issues in canon that make it both realistic and emotional), in X-Men it's Charles (McAvoy has the best crying face), in Hobbit it's Bilbo, Sherlock is John, Star Trek is Kirk, etc. I am predictable.
