Uhm, how come the 2nd not!secret is also #53?

Also, 31, that would have been awesome!

Not!Secret #4

That is a whole lot of Star Wars figures.

(Who the hell is the guy on the far right? He looks like he's wearing Dooku's clothes, but if that's supposed to even remotely resemble Christopher Lee then I'm a rhesus monkey.)

17. Ky/Jam! Hah, I love that! Actually, all of the ones pictured are pretty awesome. Too bad I haven't written anything but little snippets for GG...

31. Hah, now see THAT would be something I could go for. Cheerleading!anime would rock.

59. AGREED. Quistis was fucking awesome. And Seifer was way more interesting than Squall.

[identity profile] enemaothestate.livejournal.com 2008-02-09 11:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Agreed; Ky and Jam are so adorable, even if Ky is gay as a maypole I can still see them be supercute friends! It even works without the sex and the romance... not that I wouldn't mind the sex and the romance! It would at least be better than Ky/NAMELESS GEAR LOL. Oh Daisuke, how happy I am that you haven't TOTALLY abandoned XX-universe.

3. Ahahaha, Sawyer fans disliking someone for being a "bad person"? Talk about your double standards.

29. ... wait, which is your secret: that you hate the series when you're drunk, or that stained glass windows make you think of the series? Or both? Also, that is in no way tl;dr.

47. Edgeworth's suit is so not red.

52. Prince of Tennis fandom is mostly a pit of stupid. If you want to enjoy any of it, you have to ignore most of it... if that makes sense.

54. That annoys me too.

55. Good job obscuring the person's name in such a way that absolutely no one can read it. It's not easy to tell what that says at all, no sirree.

20. You do know it's canon, right? I mean, I seem to recall it was only heavily implied in the miniseries, but it was canon in the books.

46. That's kinda crazy hot.

Re: 20, 46

[identity profile] muse-mistress.livejournal.com 2008-02-10 04:32 am (UTC)(link)
I don't think it was actually canon in the books. It was definitely very much implied in the movie, but I thought in the books they technically married and *told* everyone that Ghanima's children were also Leto's but they were actually Farad'n's. Because Farad'n was to Ghanima kind of like what Chani was to Paul. So it was, but it wasn't, because they didn't actually do any of that married couple stuff ;)

Unless, of course, I'm remembering wrong, which is possible.

22. I feel that way about a lot of things with anthropomorphic characters. Secondarily, the only Star Fox game I really like is the SNES one.

41. Yeah I rarely if ever take the "ladies man" character types as OMG TRYING TOO HARD TO BE HET!!!

50. If they're such a bad date, why did you go to bed with them? I would think that would kill the mood.

4. That show... dangit, SO familiar yet I can't put a name on it. Any kind person out there who knows what this is?
10. Harsh when tehre are people smarter than you, isn't it? I too wish I could have a good deal of people's talents, but all I have is my own. We'll just have to soldier on and make the best of it.
12. Newsflash buddy: Sylar doesn't fix people. Unless you by fix mean cut their heads open and absorb their succulent grey matter. I dunno, I'm swedish, you zany anglos may have changed the meaning of the word since last time I chekced, what do I know?
14. How do you know that Yatzee is a constantly, non-stop supercynical criticismmachine? He may be more accepting of people than you think. Just the fact that you realize that you have sides others can disagree with, should point to you having at least some self-distance. And I, at least, find it hard to hate people with self-distance.
17. Oooh Guilty Gear secret. And what a nice one it is: while I personally don't see I-No/Sol BEYOND temporary lays (because let's be honest here, I-NO herself seems to pretty much view the WORLD as her temporary lay), I am such a sucker for Jam/Ky stuff. Also, drinkingbuddies!Axl and Sol with possible drunken "OHGODTELLMEWEDIDN'T" may not be a turn-on for me, but Damn if it wouldn't be made of hilarity!
22. Hells no, I've been a fan since Star Fox 64. ONce again: liking shows with anthropomorphic animals does NOT equal furry. Dammit, I adore Donald Duck but I do not want his feathery self within me, IT IS NOT THAT HARD TO UNDERSTAND.
25. .. While my personal belief of Vergil is that he is as a-sexual as the traumatised yellow snow, hey: power to you if you'd want to try getting in his violent pants.
39. I'm personally a bigger fan of that hippie-guitar playing hampster, purely because everything he says is nonsense but he still thinks he's so cool. I adore people who really believe their own spaz-talk, no matter how nonsensical or annoying it is.
40. Dude. He's SNAKE. Biggest guest-star evah, fat chance they'd make him low-tier XD
43. This is one wonderfully formatted secret. Can't say I'm MUCH into HR, but I too adore the Millefiore baddies (damn those stylish uniforms and how they arouse my forbidden emotions, damn them all to heck!), and I desperately want to see what not!Beyonce's powers are.
47 AND 48. I am sorry, this hasn't really got anything to do with eitehr of your secrets... but Phoenix Wright fans, tell me that when yo uread these after another, that 48 doesn't make you think of Wendy Oldbag? I mean, seriously... she's old enough to be one of the first Star Trek slash writers, amIrite? Because I think I am. And now I'm imagining a squeeing teenage Wendy Oldbag being annoyed at people shipping the wrong people. Oh God. So glorious.
49. Heh. What a change of pace, seeing someone who says that Gainax show that's NOT Gurren Lagann helped them in life. I'm happy things worked out better for you than they did for her.
56. Dammit, now I see how hot it would be as well. Corrupter, corrupter I say!
62. If your pairing is what the picture portrays... that is hot. I have nothing of real weight to add, I just think that is hot. Also, why would your superiors or whoever is a threat to your professional goals be angry if you loved other games? Would they really be so petty?
64. That is indeed an awesome way to end a conversation. I mean, what do you say after someone says Dick Wolf? Counter with Guitar Wolf? In any case: you're awesome.
65. As is this secret. Even if the thought of those two plotting things together will keep me awake at night, paranoid and fearful.

But I totally agree. I didn't understand what "akuroku" meant until one day I suddenly realized that it's Axel/Roxas, and then I went, "... That's silly." So what if, in Japan, their names are Akuseru and Rokusasu? They're supposed to be read as Axel and Roxas. It frazzles me.
