I don't even think i've seen every episode of my favorite TV show, but after (I think season 8 or 9?), Frasier wasn't as sharp as it once was.

Buffy: The Zeppo. I hate Xander, so any Xander focused episodes tend to bore me. And this one was especially dull.

Doctor Who: Tooth and Claw. I don't get why it is so popular.

Babylon 5: Most of the first season is pretty meh. Soul Hunter is particularly bad.

Game of Thrones: I actually quite disliked the first episode. It took me a while to get into the show because I disliked the premier so much.

Re: Tooth and Claw: it's popular because the Doctor and Rose clearly just did it for the first time after a lot of sexual tension and are being giggly and dumb together. Also, werewolves? People like those, I think.

I really really REALLY wish there was a function on DW where I could choose to block the content of comments from named users in order to not ever have to see it.

Livin' Large.

Mostly because it is completely unnecessary. There was an earlier episode that did the same moral, and did it better. That particular moral/lesson made sense characterwise at the beginning of the show. It didn't make nearly as much sense at the end, post character development. It didn't even try to make it work either.

Also it seemed to not know what show this is. Which makes sense when you realize the writer of the show was brought over from another show with the same creator. No wonder it felt like a Fairly Oddparents episode.

Also being new to the show/have never written an episode before isn't an excuse. Amy Keating Rogers only wrote ONE episode of DP, and it turned out to be the best episode all season. That's what happens when you TRY, Mark Drop. Instead of copypasting the personalities of the other shows characters on this ones.

(Phantom Planet is a close second but at least it had a somewhat original plot and didn't recycle a moral from a first season episode.)

The worst episode of the X-Files I have seen so far is The Rain King. Ugh.

I was sort of okay with the Romano ER episode at the time, although as years roll on I get kind of pissed that he was finally humanizing and being an interesting character and they offed him like that. His best moment was telling oh god I can't remember her name, River Song, I guess, whatever, to go be with Anthony Edwards on Hawaii in his last days.

The Rain King was odd, like a writer that had only a brief description of the X-Files had written it. I don't mind it very much, but it doesn't fit with the overall flavor of the series.

Honestly, I loathe pretty much any episode with Reyes, who I found completely obnoxious. (Doggett was bearable, mostly.) I checked out of the last couple seasons.

Star Trek: Original series: Tie between "The Apple" and "The Way to Eden."

I have no "worst" for DS9, it was perfect.

Buffy: I can't pick here either. Even the eye-rollingest badrubbersuit monster episodes had their moments. Maybe "Never Kill a Boy on the First Date"? I tend to skip that one on rewatches.

The Transformers G1 episode "Autobot Spike". It was so dumb I couldn't even get through a re-watch of it recently. They had no damn reason to put a human child's mind in a robot body while their body was undergoing surgery. Add in the fact that said robot body had been going crazy and attacking everything and it makes even less sense.

Drop in a bunch of Frankenstein jokes and the cringe factor goes up even more.

It isn't my favorite show, but The Walking Dead came to mind because of The Governor centric episodes (he overstayed his welcome) as well as the Daryl and Beth solo stuff. I like both characters but only them for an hour about put me to sleep. I wouldn't rewatch any of those, lol.

A forever hated episode is "Black Market" from Battlestar Galactica. It's the woooooooorst.

I don't know if everyone in the fandom likes it, but I hate the episode of Angel where everyone's SEKRIT LATENT MISOGYNY is awoken by demon blood, and all the characters try to kill Fred. Amy Acker does a great job with it, but the whole concept makes me want to barf, and the long term effects it has for the meta plot are rage-inducing.

Star Trek TOS: "The Alternative Factor" because it's such a fucking slog to get through. At least "Spock's Brain" is entertaining in a So Bad It's Good sort of way. "The Alternative Factor" has no redeeming qualities that I can think of.

Star Trek TNG: It's a tie between "Code of Honour" and "The Outcast". The first because it's creepy and racist and stupid (and because it's a Yar episode, and "Yesterday's Enterprise" is the only Yar episode that doesn't suck). The second because it either had no clue what message it was trying to send, or did have a message but undermined it so spectacularly that it's unclear exactly what that message was.

BtVS: Every episode of season 6 except for "Once More, with Feeling", but especially "Seeing Red", a.k.a. The One With the Most Unnecessary and Contrived Death in the History of Television. I didn't even like Willow/Tara that much as a ship, and I still cringed so hard when Tara was fridged so Willow could have her Obligatory Evil Lesbian Story. The whole "WILLOW'S MAGIC IS JUST LIKE DRUG ADDICTION" subplot was ridiculous in general; Tara's death was just the shit-flavoured icing on top of the badly-written cake.

Community: "Intermediate Documentary Filmmaking", not so much because I think it's technically poorly made (it isn't), but because I simply cannot reconcile Pierce's actions in that episode with him continuing to be friends with the rest of the study group in any episodes following it. For this reason, I usually skip it on re-watches.

Xena: Warrior Princess had one episode that was all clips from a failed pilot of some other show. It had something to do with Amazons reincarnated in modern times so I guess that's why they felt they could use parts of it for a Xena episode...? Anyway, it was just as incoherent as it sounds.

Also, I can't watch any musical episodes from non-musical television shows, but I think that's a relatively common response.

Journeyman: Year of the Rabbit. Like all episodes, it had good things about it, but it felt a little redundant and hit some secondhand embarrassment squicks a little bit

"Black Market" from BSG felt like it belonged on a completely separate and much worse show. Even the creators have basically acknowledged that it wasn't very good.

For BtVS, I think that S5 episode with the giant snake demon was pretty atrocious. Super cheesy episodes from the first two seasons of this show get a pass from me, because it was the ninties and I find their cheesiness charming. That said, objectively "Teacher's Pet" was a terrible episode.

I feel similarly about early episodes of The X-Files; it was the ninties, their cheesiness is to be expected. But yeah, I've always thought "Space" from S1 and "The Calusari" from S2 were particularly cringe-worthy. S7 was pretty shaky in general, and then most of what came after that just sucked. Worst episode over all still goes to "Sunshine Days" for the sheer inappropriateness of spending the series' second to last episode, and the episode after Scully gives up her baby, on something fluffy and stupid.

Out of the first two seasons of Sherlock, "The Blind Banker" was fairly widely regarded as the dog of the bunch. But since S3 (which I loathe from start to finish) I'm not really sure anymore.
