Daredevil, Breaking Bad, The 100

Haven't watched Daredevil, but I reccomend the other two.

The 100 is amazing! The first half of the first season is not very good tbh, lots of stupid tropes, but later it becomes awesome. the second season is one of the best thing i've ever seen in a TV show. I hope you'll like it too!

I started Breaking Bad last week and it's really good. Very depressing, but really good. I can't bing watch it, though. I watch at most 2 episodes a day because it's too dark.

I didn't actually like either Breaking Bad or Daredevil... but I would recommend Breaking Bad.

I have to grudgingly admit that it's a really good show if it makes you keep watching it despite hating basically everyone in it.

I wanna watch Daredevil but I keep putting it off.

Jessica Jones, Downton Abbey (not Downtown Abbey, as I learned recently), Rome, Dr. Who, West Wing.

...there's not really a theme to these shows is there, lol.

Oooh I want to rewatch Rome. I loved it back in the day. I've been wondering how it will hold up, compared to the current HBO shows.

Definitely give West Wing a try. I kept putting it off for years but when I finally started I couldn't stop. If you like politics, a diverse cast and fast-paced, witty dialouge the show is not going to disappoint.

Rome is fantastic, and short compared to the other shows on your list--only 22 episodes.

Downton Abbey is enjoyable. I really recommend you don't marathon the show as it recycled several plot points (sometimes multiple times). If you do, break up the binge watching by season.

Rome is really good and interesting, even if it's not true to history 100% of the time. Pullo and Vorenus (the main characters) will literally break your heart.

Shannara? Is that how it is spelled? I'm thinking of learning to spell it before I start to think about committing. I'm in for elves and post apocalyptic romp, but I want to know if it is any fun first? I was suckered by The 100, twice (I thought the plot on the Ark was really interesting, but they crashed it into the ground too soon), and I'm not going to get fooled again. I'd really rather, if they went with a Brooks book, they'd gone with his Landover novels.

Peaky Blinders. Watched the first two episodes and didn't like it. But I really want to see Tom Hardy in Season 2.

Black Sails, Grimm, Teen Wolf, Vampire Diaries, Game of Thrones, Blindspot, Penny Dreadful, Supergirl, Sleepy Hollow, Agents of Marvel, Agent Carter, Once Upon a Time, Royal Pains, Strike Back, Vikings - I'd like to try some of the ones that people talk about a lot

Old School - Fringe, Robin Hood (with RA), Chuck, Witchblade, Birds of Prey, Heroes, Almighty Johnsons, Babylon 5, Burn Notice, BtVS, Dead Zone, Spooks, Prison Break, Stargate Universe, Terminator: TSCC, Tru Blood, V (new one, already saw old movie)

Yes, I'm considering a lot of stuff. Not sure what to pick first.

The Shannara Chronicles, because elves, but I wasn't 100% sold on the trailer I saw for it so I'm still iffy about it.

but I actually really dislike most media portrayals of pirates (PoC, Treasure Island, etc) so I'm concerned that if there's too many shitty sterotypes I'll have to bail.

Another one for Black Sails. I love me some pirates but I watched/skimmed the first couple episodes and it looked bad and kind of boring, unless you want lesbian porn. If I wanted lesbian porn, I'd just watch that. I want pirates goddammit.

Gintama. I read the manga a while ago and really liked it, but don't know if I want to commit because it's got so many episodes. I've also been thinking of watching Outlander for purely shallow reasons (the main guy's hot), but I'm not sure since I read the book and didn't like it.

Black Mirror.

I should probably hurry up, i'm cancelling netflix soon.

Happy Valley. It looks intense and I am not sure if I have the emotional fortitude right now.
