I'll echo the people who DON'T believe in Tumblr disorders.

Most of the people on there just say it to look cool, because having a debilitating disorder is totes cool guys.

Then there's the one who claim a disorder just to get around their shitty behavior. Sorry, but people with Asperger's are capable of owning up to shitty behavior, same goes for Tourette's, ADHD, or whatever other disorder/syndrome it's "cool" to have now a days (Seriosuly guys, Tourette's and ADHD aren't cool to have. They're kind of annoying. Take it from me.)

Granted, a few of them may just have some issues, but most of them more likely don't.

Does Tourette's even cause any behavior that would be distinguishable online, except in, maybe, posted video or audio? (I genuinely don't know the answer to this. But since it's a tic disorder, I'm having a hard time imagining anyone using it as a way to excuse their online misdeeds.)

No, it doesn't effect typing skills at all, at least not in that way. Usually, it's people swearing or saying inappropriate things, and then when they're called out, they pull the whole "I have Tourette's!" card, which doesn't make sense.
