My three main Fire Emblem OTPs are Sully/Vaike (which is all but nonexistent in fandom), Lucina/Yarne and Donnel/Olivia (both of which have a slightly greater presence, but not by much). :c

My Bleach OTP is Snake/Karin. She's a tertiary character, he's an actual filler character, they interact for all of one episode, I ship it so hard.

My Pokémon OTP is Whitney/Bugsy, and I'm pretty sure I can count the number of other people who ship that on one hand.

None of this is getting into the crossover ships, of course. @_@

Mairon/Maedhros has become a big one for me. I've started to headcanon that Mairon got a bit obsessed and I really ship it in a non-con kind of way.

Then again I pretty much ship Mairon/everyone because of my headcanons of his character and how I think his sexuality is one of the things he uses to get what he wants. So I officially ship Mairon/Galadriel in an unrequited she turns him down and he gets obsessed kind of way. And Mairon/Ar-Pharazon in a Ar-Pharazon is completely seduced and in over his head kind of way. And I think I'd be willing to read him with anyone (apart from Aule).

Maedhros/Maglor. But only after Fingon is dead and in a creepy, they know it is wrong but they only have each other and their relationship gets really unhealthy kind of way.

Gamora/Nebula, also in a messed up way where their upbringing together was really unhealthy.

Peter/Drax. I don't know why, but I came out of Guardians shipping this rather than Peter/Gamora.

Doctor/Donna is a pretty small pairing.

Quite a few Dragon Age pairings (Aeducan/Alistair, Cadash/Bull, think Cassandra/Varric might be this too now), and then more recently Rey/Finn. There are probably a ton more but I'm lazy.

Seems like half the OUAT fandom ships Emma Swan/Regina Mills, but if I can't have Emma/Neal, I'd love Emma/Abbie Mills. Except no one hates OUAT like OUAT fans, unless they're Captain Swan shippers, so hardly anyone watches it anymore, and Sleepy Hollow tanked hard in season 2, and I doubt anyone's interested in crossover ship fic.

Bender/Allison from The Breakfast Club

I saw it as a kid on VHS in the 80s and spent the entire movie waiting for Bender to notice Allison and realize they had so much in common, but noooooo, she had to completely change herself into Claire just for boring Andrew to like her. Then, just a few months ago, I saw it again in the theatre for a charity event, and I still ship Bender with Allison and I'm even more pissed at that bullshit makeover scene.

I still ship Kíli/Boromir. Anything else is rare simply because at least half is non-canon (Maglor/Silmaril might go down with some folk until I mention Elenlossë).
