Re: Widsom teeeeeth
(Anonymous) 2016-03-08 04:26 am (UTC)(link)I mean, I'm scared to drink through a straw, or sneeze, or eat, or anything really, but... wow. This is an astounding lack of information from my expert dental team.

(Anonymous) 2016-03-08 04:33 am (UTC)(link)Please, stop.
Do what your dental team says, and don't listen to some teenager called "mrs_don_draper" you exchanged a few words with on the internet.

(Anonymous) 2016-03-08 04:59 am (UTC)(link)"DO NOT spit or suck through a straw"
The only point of reference for time is that it's under the heading "Bleeding and Wound Care". I'm not sure at what point it stops being a wound.

(Anonymous) 2016-03-08 04:23 am (UTC)(link)Stick to smoothies, soups and soft foods for a few days and see what you feel up to, really.
Re: Widsom teeeeeth
(Anonymous) 2016-03-08 04:30 am (UTC)(link)I hadn't thought of smoothies. I needed an excuse for a smoothie!
Which I will eat with a spoon. Just in case.
Re: Widsom teeeeeth
(Anonymous) 2016-03-08 01:35 pm (UTC)(link)Last time I got one pulled, I sorta just... was careful to mostly chew with the other side of my mouth for a week or two, especially if it was something rough. Since the recovery times can vary somewhat, I'd advice to just be careful...ish about it until it FEELS healed. Wounds in the mouth usually heal pretty fast.
