I was done when, even when I tried to click on consensual things, it ended up with Glorfindel and Elrond raping Legolas. WTF?

In porn, I usually have a tipping point when it comes to OOC-ness: if something is out of character technically but the character is NOT actualy explicitly described as someone who is a 180 from the porn characterization, I'm okay with it.

When they ARE described as such, though, the canon description usually just hammers repeatedly into my head as I'm reading the porn, producing the most surreal effect.

For me, they have to be at least vaguely recognizable. If they have canon characters names but have no relation to anything the canon characters would do, then it just throws me out of the story.

But actually I am pretty sure anyone who has had the misfortune of reading that thing is worse off than him.

Seriously, I first stumbled upon it when I was 16 and was UTTERLY TRAUMATIZED. I had to read about 20 actually in-character fanfics about Glorfindel and Elrond in order to scrub that fic's versions of them out of my brain.

Actually I'm pretty sure this is a pretty old fanfic project. Like, at least 10 years old. But it's still up.

I think the new rash of abominations in Tolkien-land comes from the kinkmeme for the Hobbit movies, 60% of which involves casual sibling incest and/or mpreg.

From the comments it seemed like this was going to be some horrific troll fic akin to some mary sue Mein Kampf fic, but it's not even that bad. Just some, as a lot of you claim, ooc crap. Was expecting a lot worse here.
