2- The only reason I'm still interested in Death Note is because of capslock_dn. I love everyone in that comm so much. I wish we still did crack RPing on isketch, those were the best times. Like when Chris Hansen busted Watari. <3

16- HECK YEAH REPO. My god, I have been waiting for this movie for ages, and no one ever knows what I'm talking about when I mention it. A while back, a friend of mine sent me a text message at 2 in the morning telling me that Paris was in it, which depressed me for a while, but I think Shawnee Smith being in it sort of makes up for it. That and, you know, the fact that the plot sounds amazing times ten.

19 - I dunno, maybe more perfect than Zack/Seph, but for me, Zack/Aerith always seemed like a rushed pairing that I couldn't take quite as seriously, what with Zack having other girlfriends (lol, well, that and Aerith admitting in the original game that they were never serious; plus all the romantic scenes between Zack and Aerith being rehashes of Cloud/Aerith scenes from the original game), but yes, I do understand the pain of seeing them be so cute and then know that things are going to go horribly, horribly wrong.

But I could be slightly biased. Slightly. ;)

20 - WOAH. NO WAI. XD Actually, until 'Cave of Two Lovers' aired, I really didn't give two shits about him either.

36 - I haven't seen this newer one, but HELL YEAH, ANIMATED FOX!MARIAN! >D

I was sort of disappointed there wasn't anything -fresh- for Zack/Aerith scenes; that instead of the mystery we had in the original game we had, as you said, rehashes. D: I was so hoping for more, despite Cloud/Aerith being one of my OTPs.

32. I don't know if I can agree with this. Kids have been trying to act older than they should forever, really...when I was little, it was Clarissa Explains it All in her midriff top and knee-high boots (not to mention Sam coming in through her window!) and the Spice Girls in...well, I can't be the only one who remembers that Union Jack dress, right? Or Britney Spears, for Christ's sake--she was 17 on that Rolling Stone cover, and everyone in my fourth grade class had her CD. My little sisters love Hannah Montana and HSM and all that shit and honestly? I'm grateful for it because the girls dress very fashionably, but never like lolis (the necklines are always stuidiously high) and they're singing about things like friendships and how "Nobody's Perfect" and cutie pie romance. I feel like half the people who complain like this have never watched the shows in question (as I have, with it on at least 4 hours each day X_x) or just automatically think that whatever was popular during their childhoods is by default better than what's current.

66. I will always find this point of view hilarious, because if I had never found HP fandom, Sirius/Remus would never have crossed my mind.

14. I'm going to kinda agree because I'm a manga elitest and I never even finished the anime. Ships like Roy/Ed and Ed/Envy that came largely from the anime fandom just go right over my head. I don't get them at all. D: Roy/Hughes pre-Hughes' wife I can see, Elricest I can see, but Roy/Ed?!

Like a true manga elitist, tho, I ship mostly het when it comes to FMA. The chicks in that comic rock too hard not to ship 'em.

30. Old!Snake is the hottest old man ever, admit it! But seriously, I really like the idea of playing an older man and having his age be part of the gameplay. In the demo he throws up after rolling around in a barrel and pauses at times because of his aching back. How awesome is that?! Taking his age into account in stealth/combat scenarios is a freaking AWESOME idea.

Also, I like getting away from how the typical action videogame hero is never over like.. thirty-five. The vast majority of game protagonists are fit young men, and mixing it up with different body types and having that integrated into gameplay is seriously awesome, IMHO.

50. Word. I dropped it a couple months ago, partly because of story failage and partly because the art was grating on me. But I still ship Collin/Arath. In my head there was cheating and drama.

66. I agree that Remus/Tonks was kind of sudden and tacked on, and I do ship S/R, but I think you're taking it a bit too far...

58. I fail at boycotting Viz too. =/ I have something like six volumes of their Yami no Matsuei, even though they did a terrible job on it. God I wish more people realized how bad their work was. A lot of their text replacement is super-shoddy, too. Their older stuff, mainly, but as much as people complain about Tokyopop's old stuff, I don't get why they forgive everything old that Viz ever did.

19. I love that pairing, really, but honestly, I didn't get that "all-transcending OTP" vibe from Crisis Core's treatment of it at all. It was a sweet young-love story, but... eh, I guess maybe it (or more properly, Aeris) just differed so much from how I conceived of it (her).

But homg yes the whole game makes me wibble whenever Zack has a cute dorky friendly sweet moment with ANYONE because you already know IT'S ALL GOING TO HELL. ;_;
