I lost any respect I still had for that comm a couple years back, when I saw them congratulating a group of adults who should have known better for harassing a group of teenagers for having one boring and stupid roleplay. Lolololol I made a girl I've never met cry because she displeased me!! Where's my e-cookie? I was just surfing the comm out of curiosity and I wanted to strangle them liek whoa.

34: I think it's the character design? I totally agree though, I watched a few episodes of the anime and read some of the manga. There's nothing going on besides a tug of war between kaname and zero over yuki..and yuki is such a boring character. Then the incest just ruined it for the me in the end.

I mourn fictional characters more than people irl. Maybe I'm just cynical, but ... real people just kind of suck. They're not as pretty, they don't do things nearly as cool, and they're selfish.

35. Unless you went back after you bleached it and dyed it grey, it would probably not look like that. Though I fully support the changing of one's hair for the sole purpose of looking like a character. That's the only reason I know about bleaching it in the first place. XD Manic Panic makes a good grey color, plus their dye doesn't test on animals.

49. The whole fandom's something of a disaster. Not as bad as Naruto, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, or Transformers (for example), but. Bad. It's crazy and divisive and the world would be better off if everyone on every side just sat down, took a chill pill or a thousand, and stopped being so obsessed with what will and won't be canon.

2. I think you were supposed to believe it with LoP, at least for a little while. That you start off thinking it's a "true story" and then realize it isn't (at least, not for the normally given value of "true") is a sort of a meta extension of the main theme of the book. Right?

(That said, it still took me way too long to catch on. I didn't get it until the impossibly immaculate "transcript" in the last chapter.)
