Thank you for using != instead of =/= I keep seeing secrets with =/= and it really annoys me. It's pretty hypocritical of me, because before I took any Computer Science classes, I used =/= all the time. But dang! != is so much more efficient to type and better looking. Not only that, but also actually functional!

I used to really like AVGN but these days he's just really trying to hard, his reviews could be twice as funny if he didn't just drag them on, not to mention those props are pretty damn stupid.

And anyway it's just not about talking fast with Yahtzee it's his lovey accent and that fabulous hat. ;D

Anything we can do to make it more fun? Or are your objections more to do with the acts of writing fanfiction or making fanart, discussing episodes of a tv show? If so, not much that can change.

It's all about having a healthy balance, imo.

14- I'm reading the book now, and loving it, but I won't touch the fandom. I could just tell by reading it it was going to be full of all sorts of un fun (I'm guessing it's split between super elite and "OMG you're so shallow and dumb how did you ever get most of this?")

34 - Oh, Vampire Knight. The only reason I even forgive it, read it, or even consider cosplaying from it is because oh my god it's so damn PRETTY :'D The storyline is shit, the characters are pretty shit, and it's too unbearably shoujo. Oh well. I just love Matsuri Hino's artwork

49 - Eh, I don't really talk to anyone about Avatar either, but I comment on the comm from time to time and never had any problems. Shipping isn't everything in a fandom. I just tend to ignore posts about pairings. ._. You can usually tell, too, when people are going to go batshit about pairings... and if they like you any less for not shiping Zutara or Kataang, they're not worth having anyway. Just avoid saying anything about either of them and they won't bother you. ._.

55 - I avoid saying that I like Sasuke for the same reasons... but there are probably a lot of people who do like him and say nothing because of the way the "omg" sasuke fangirls are so vocal ._.''

I know there are people who like him, but for his "hotness?" (can't see it) and call him emo, which he's not. <- that's the stereotype you get from the Sasuke-fangirls who like him because he's cool and quiet etc.
But be an intelligent person AND like him? What? CAN'T BE TRUE. (I'm considering even changing my cosplay plans, tch..)

43. I love her because she's awesome and she's a cat character in a Sonic game, which has predominantly loved foxes, hedgehogs, bunnies, walruses, chipmunks, ect. The only other representation of cats in the game is that one fat cat guy. (Don't recall his name).

She's a kickass character. I like her because she is so self-sacrificing and awesome, not because she has ears and a tail.

49. There are batshit shippers in every fandom. Regardless of who ends up with whom, I'll still ship Zutara because I think it's hot, not because it's canon. I don't really watch capslock_zutara at all (even though I'm a member), because CLAMP fandom's my main home right now and after I get my obsession over with I might be able to handle the crazy. Even so, I know to stay on my side of the fandom and to let them stay on theirs.

51. Verbing weirds words, doesn't it? You know, one of my favorite lessons from my Reference class in library school was the difference between a prescriptive and a descriptive dictionary. Prescriptive attempts to instruct users on how language should be used, whereas descriptive instructs users on how language is used. Which is why "'doh" is now in Webster's.

49 - Lol. I'm so glad I ship a non-popular pairing. Srsly. I used to like Kataang, but the amount of wank from that whole ship war has made me indifferent to both of them.

More important than shipping though: WHERE THE HELL ARE ALL THOSE OTHER CHARACTERS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO RETURN? WHY HAVE THERE BEEN SO MANY FILLER EPISODES THIS SEASON? WHERE THE SHIT IS IROH? URSA?
