Oh my gods yes!

I remember being in the sixth grade (was it that long ago, holy hell) and talking with my band director about it because we where both such big fans of the show. I still remember the episode that honored Dale Earnhardt and then where they had gone parachuting and got stuck I still remember these lines;

"No look he's okay his helmet just rolled off."
"... He wasn't wearing a helmet."

Or the Thanksgiving episode where his mom came to visit. Man, I fucking miss that show. XD

13. Some dubs I dislike, and some I don't mind, but you're right- the dub was better. Vash was one of the roles that I think Bosch was perfect for, and I wouldn't have liked the character quite as much if it had been anyone else.

22. I think the doujinshi/manga/whicheverthehellitis is kind of weird, to be honest, but I agree with what you've said about her trying to keep her works away from fandom. I can understand why she'd want to, but damn. Come on.

15 - Oh god, that scene broke my heart so badly. I resented the ending like NOTHING ELSE at the time. I wanted something to happen, at least a kiss, fuck, she kissed Allen, but not Van?!. But then again, they had guts. Leave it to Japan to create an ending like that. It kind of made their relationship something that was more than just romance... something made out of stronger stuff that didn't need to be validated by physical closeness. Blah blah, purity, true love, whatever. That said, I sometimes still want that fairytale disney ending, deep down inside. D: I think i make no sense.
