I think that scene was probably one of my favourite parts of Ranma 1/2 EVER. And it was like what...30 volumes of manga, and that was in the very first volume haha
Man i loved Akane so much, and the way Ranma protected her too, and when she cried in the doctors arms and ghdfjghjgf WHEN RANMA WAS LIKE 'h-hey...this...girl might...actually be cute'

4. I don't really know what this secret's about, but sparkly David Boreanaz made me laugh like crazy. I think that's how I'm going to picture Edward from now on, whether I want to or not.

13. Trigun's the only anime where I think the dub is better than the original. It just doesn't feel right to hear it in Japanese. And I'm one of those people who hates all dubs, too, so I'm right there with you.

5 - I wish people would stop saying "thinspiration". It pisses me off. Possibly because of the people in pro-anorexia sites who keep using it.

9 - With Harry Potter, I agree they should stick with the books. With X-Men, there are so many different X-Men universes that I don't mind if they use the movies as long as they state the fic is "movieverse". Because the movie universe is pretty separate. And I admit to sometimes reading Iceman/Pyro slash. Plus Hugh Jackman is very sexy.

13 - "morally" against dubs? What? I understand if you don't consider it canon, but calling it "immoral" always strikes me as bizarre.

19 - Paul Gross is very sexy. I prefer Slings and Arrows to Due South though. Even if he's older and crazier in that.

22 - Anne Rice is batshit. And that doujin looks incredibly hot. Ideas on where to find it would be excellent. *hint hint* (It is possible to find fanfic of the Vampire Chronicles actually.)

23 - I sort of ship Misa/Rem too. Just not in a sexy way. More in a "Rem would do anything for Misa" sort of way.

35 - Sometimes in a big fandom there are so many authors I get overwhelmed and just stick with a few authors I know are good.

41 - ReBoot is more fantasy than sci-fi.

52 - Snarry is kind of a creepy pairing. But I think there's a huge difference between what kinds of fic people like and their actual sexual fantasies. Plus, I think most Snarry fans are more fantasizing about having sex with a hot teacher than having sex with a student when they're a teacher.

I love Philip Glenister! I loved him in Life on Mars, but if Ashes to Ashes is the show you're talking about, I wasn't too impressed. I really wanted to be, and it's not Phil's fault. I just can't like Alex.

Holy crap, how did I not recognize that as DCI Sexypants?! I feel like a bad fan now. Philip Glenister is freaking fantastic!
I haven't watched Ashes to Ashes yet, but I'm kind of afraid to. Life on Mars had such an amazing, perfect ending, and it seems like A2A is just...I don't know, a Mary Sue. I mean, I'd write myself in like that in a heartbeat.

09. With Harry Potter, it bothers the crap out of me. With X-men...considerably less so, given that there's an uber-billion of X-verses, plus retcons and Ditko knows what else... So it's pretty easy for me to simply accept the movies as an alternate univers/canon from that of 616. Besides, the movies introduced me to Toad...and he's now pretty much my favourite X-character for ever and ever and ever the en in any X-universe. Any of them. And in any mental state as well (Ah, bless you and your ritalin, early-90's 616 Mortie).
Plus...Ray Park as a cocky, fun supervillain with sexy moves? Always good, even with only three lines. At least they were funny.'

(With the Harry Potter movies, though, I want to tear my hair out. There's a reason you have to reinvent X-men. But really, Harry Potter people, how hard would it've been to get things right?!)

14. I never liked Simon much. I don't know, he was always just my least favourite Firefly character (which, granted, is like saying you're my least favourite truffle in the box. Even if you are orange creme or something, you're still a truffle!). I guess he was just way too uptight for me to fangirl over. Admittedly, the show needed his uptightness. *Sigh* Firefly, I miss you.


21. I only read it once, but as I recall, it definitely earned the honor of being a "classic" for me. It was a rough book.


29. Oh man, he looks like those girls from the "Addicted to Love" video or something (and also fails at looking anything like Holmes). I know Sherlock liked his heroine, but that guy's just scary. I'm guessing Japan does not do it better, then, especially if this is actually a Victorian Sherlock HolmesXJohn Watson yaoi thing. No. No no no no no.... *weeps*

I would have been happy to do that, had the game not pulled a bait and switch on me. It's aggravating because the players are nice, they just weren't honest about what they wanted, and it's actually hurting the plot (which is sexually charged/assumes a lot of sex).
