Just because they're posting about it online doesn't mean that they aren't doing anything else about it. It doesn't take that long to make a secret, and in most cases those secrets don't indicate anything about what they're doing with the rest of their life. That aside, it usually ISN'T serious...it's equivelant to saying 'oh, my mom is going to KILL me for this grade!' In most cases, Mom is just going to yell. Not murder.

I am such a comic book geek, but I apparently always disagree with fellow "fans." This movie got that while everyone loves a bit of vicarious adventuring and heroes and bad guys, comic books at their core are about so much more. The big splashy films like X-men, Spiderman and the newer Batman films just seem so...separated from the comics.

This was a fanatastic family film (as in adults can enjoy it and there isn't anything that would make watching it in mixed company uncomfortable) We need more of this.

Awww, I love you!! Skins is straight up amazing television, and never let anyone tell you different! It means the world to me too, and (as someone who initially wouldn't give it a chance till a friend forced me) maybe you could try sitting down and watching an episode with them?
And YES, Skins has so many wonderful female characters, you're very right! In fact, every character they come up with is complex and it seems like they put so much care into creating them all!

Yeah, I really like Lavi/Lenalee a lot, but no matter what the pairing is, I just think it would spoil a perfectly good friendship. Darn it, why must they all have such great chemistry? Seriously, this is the only series where I have issues pairing the main characters up -_-;;
